"The Beast"

I hate to do it, but .................

Thinking about selling “The Beast” to fund a new project.

This is a turn key rig that seats 5. It will Cruise the highway at 70 mph, and will run the hardest of trails and parks with the whole family.

1968 Wagoneer frame. 112” wheelbase

The grill, dash, steering column, firewall, part of the floor, and frame are still original.

Chevy 350
1987 4 bolt block with aprox 50k
Vortec heads 10k
.480 lift Summit cam
custom port injection
Summit intake machined for injectors and throttle body
1998 ecm and custom harness
custom fuel rails and adjustable fuel regulator.
alum timing cover with crank sensor
alum high volume water pump
ceramic coated mid length headers
new 2 1/2” exhaust with ball connectors, stainless flex joints, and Dynomax mufflers.
GM in tank fuel pump
Ron Davis aluminum radiator

all red clutches
Kevlar wide band
upgraded pump
large boost valve

H.D. Shells

just tore down, inspected, resealed, and a new band. (Sept 2013)

the doubler has 3 summers running on it

203 mounted upside for clearance

custom adapter with a spacer so a clocking ring could be added if needed

I have this as a "feeler" because overdrive was acting unstable. I waiting for the transmission to get back from the shop so I can put it back in.

Rear has a welded Detroit in it right now, I have a good Detroit that could be worked in the right deal.

This is still when it had airbags in the rear, The wild horses spring flex just as good and are way more stable.

Yup, I have no idea how to drive an automatic. They are too damn complicated.

And I need an 8 passenger rig, so this is still way too small.
