I drive this since Jan/Feb. With skinny snow tires, this car does not understand the concept of slippery roads or snow. And in summer, on ramps are fun. Gets 24-27 mpg most of the time, more like 24.5 mpg thanks to GR traffic

The car was optioned with a factory catback exhaust and short throw shifter, so that makes driving even more fun.

With 18mpg, it was good for a Jeep, but i got a sweet deal on this car...




Averaging 50+ MPG... VNT-17 Turbo, Chip, and some other goodies... the look on peoples faces is awesome when you roll coal on them in a jetta, or pull up to a diesel pump in a tractor car

awd, mid 30's mpg highway, with a short shifter and an sti rear sway bar its funish to drive.

My DD for the Summer months. 2001 GT with a bunch of good stuff added. I drive around 40 mi round trip for work. I get 18 mpg avg, if I drive like an old man I can get 22, but I didn't buy it for its mpg's
