I dont condone illegal wheeling, but you wont see me rushing to contact the "5-0" if i see some kids wheeling in the ditch.

I have had problems with this going on in my family property, all towing companies have been told by myself and a few others to not tow from here. They then are to call us. haven't had anyone stuck yet but find tire tracks out here....MSHA frowns on foreign tracks in the mine. If you are reading this and trespass on my land be warned, I have been trained very well by the DOD in camouflage techniques and have hidden 125 trail cameras throughout the property. I will find you and you will be turned in and fined by the DNR($450), MSHA ($10,000) and myself (kick your ass and shoot your tires.)
seriously. shits getting old. I found some asshats gator last year parked on a trail and moved it as carefully as I could with a 988f. it didn't like a 102,000lb loader parked on top of it.
Rosie Out.

You have a mine on your property? Mining gypsum? Something else? Orcs?

That's pretty legit.

Have you posted signs about there being a mine, and the possibility of cave ins and sinkholes? I guess stupid people don't read... which reminds me about the Michigan muskie alliance muskellunge awareness signs that keep getting stolen from Campau lake in alto, mi

I'm pretty confident most people don't know what a musky is, let alone tell the easy differences from a pike.

The main kid that illegally wheels is Dom Stacks, now a purple & black YJ on 35s...everyday it seems like he posts a picture of illegally wheeling somewhere...this kid is a joke and brags about it and how it took "multiple rigs and winches to pull him out and a tow truck" out of a spot he was stuck in over night. shit like this is annoying and gives the rest of us responsible wheelers get a bad rep.

I saw that hunk of shit driving around a few times and found out I lived a few streets away after a bike ride through the neighborhood.

People see no trespassing signs these days as a suggestion, instead of a statement of this is my land and keep the fukc out. Trail cameras are a great investment if you own any sort of property. mine all take a 15 sec high def video when anything moves and records as much as it needs to with a large ass memory card. A few of them send direct to my phone in a txt message. Worth the investment IMO.

the problem with cameras that i took into consideration when mounting mine is they are incredibly easy to find at night with a cheap nightvision monocular, video camera with NV, etc. I had one taken before I put something (not saying what it is) over the IR flash that lets light out but not in.
I have had problems with all kinds of people. mostly hunters poaching my land. again; super easy to find them if you have simple tools, but the illegal wheeling has got to stop. They think my crane is a personal diving board, the trashcan is not their personal trash can, the beer cans left ALL OVER the property, huge ruts in the middle of my haul roads, removing my signage etc. If you guys could prove its this asshole I would LOVE to turn him in. The fun thing is if you do get stuck on my property, its an active mine! all >1000 acres of it. regardless if I am using that part right now or not. Accidents involving personal property being damaged do get reported if i decide to send it in.. SO If I decide to crush your jeep its a simple 'woops' for me. followed by MSHA investigating a simple "they were trespassing, do not have proper training for the mine, weren't wearing PPE, etc." will bode over $40000 in fines from the federal govt. They will fine you; as they are real pricks. I know a few people that 'like' that kzoo page, I converted one of them, the rest were assholes.

Don't you have people come out and wheel your property WITH you?

If so, not sure why these idiots wouldn't just ask to wheel with you.

Edit: I guess it is because they are idiots, commons sense is not a necessity these days

Put up trail cams that text your phone, go out to where this asshat is, release the gimp, and surprise buttsecks all night long. That'll be one wheeling trip he'll never forget.

On a more serious note, I do feel for you. I have a small amount of land up north, and if this kinda stuff was going on there, I wouldn't be to happy either. I mean sure, there isn't a damn thing on my 20 other than a pump well, but still. I just don't get why people (usually young kids) feel the need to disrespect the laws, and more importantly, peoples private property. I will admit, I have wheeled "illegally" when I was younger, but I didn't know much about this sport. I just thought "Hey I have a Jeep and can go anywhere!". Well, after creeping this sight for a long time, I finally realized how important this sport really is and all the politics that want to shut us down. I have never even thought of wheeling on illegal property since. Now, I support everything that keeps this sport as free and open as it is. Kids like this fuckstick give off roading a bad name. They don't see how it a/effects(?) everybody as a whole. All they think about is themselves.

trogdor, set these fawkers up. Find out where they enter your property at. Find out how far back they go in to tear your shit up. Make your own spike strip. Make is so they can get in, but can't get out. Learn their schedule. Do they come out on Friday nights or Saturday nights, or do they lay pipe during the weeknights. This will give you a better idea when to be on your toes. Hide your trail cams a little better so you can get pictures of their vehicles and license plates. Make sure you can hit them with every little bit that you can. When they are on your land, call up the local state police, and possible the DNR, OR just call up the local DNR and have them come out. They'll hit them with everything that a state trooper can, but more of the CO stuff that will really fukc them.

I hope you catch these fukcsticks. And I hope it get's put up on here! I need more stuff to read while at work
