So it doesn't have the right of way, but they should try to give it the right of way if at all possible. Which is mostly my answer. I award myself 2/3 of a point... on whose line, where they don't matter.

I really hate charities that collect money or sell stuff at traffic lights. It puts distracted amateurs in the most congested part of the roadway at the busiest times and causes drivers to behave erratically.

Almost tagged the Lexus in front of me Saturday who decided - after sitting thru the full red - to stop suddenly on the green and do a transaction...

The ironic part is they are usually collecting for the mentally challenged.....

"Hey, let's collect money for the mentally challenged! What would be the best way to do that?"

"Uh, stand in traffic?"

"Brilliant!"

No, I think it may be close to 7'?

My truck didn't come with them on it. I don't want to drill, but I love the look. How bad do yours leak? What truck are they on?

94 F150. If the tuck sits out in a hard rain, I get a lapful of water when I make a left turn. One day I plan to pull the headliner and either remove them and weld up the holes, or figure out a way to seal them better. I've tried sealing them with a layer of tub caulk under the lights, but the leak still comes back after a few months.

At one point in it's life, my truck had a plow- I think that's why the lights were installed.
After living through many vehicles with aftermarket sunroofs, I am dead against drilling any holes in the roof

Good to know. I was looking at sunroofs as well! Maybe I will just hold off and my next truck will have the cab lights and a sunroof! No way in hell will I drill into my truck.

Get your new truck now. Sell me the one you got now. Problem solved.

X2 I had after markets on my last truck and the headliner got a good dose of salt in the winter... plus the roof rotted out under a few of em. Had one fall off on the highway before I noticed the drywall screws. I don't even like the idea of them factory installed. The new Cummins dullys have them and I've read a few reports of them leaking.

If you really want cab lights get a visor that has them. Much cleaner install. Less drilling and the mounts are not on the top of the roof.

I should have called the Police today when these scum bags took my Dog right out of my front yard. I was lucky to have spotted the car and found them with my dog sitting in their front yard. Stupid pieces of shit need a hole dug for them.

Did you confront them or take your dog back without them noticing? Yes a call to the police should have been made.

I jumped out with a TOOD !! and bitched them out like the world was ending. Mentioned the police and the 2 men ran for the house. The woman just kept saying that the dog got in the car on its own. They looked to be just a bunch of welfare rats who couldnt pay the fines anyway or tax payers would get stuck with the court cost. I left with the thought they got the message about steeling animals and how much they needed to fall off the face of the earth.
