Default 93 yj price info

A guy i work with said his dad is selling his 93 yj. didnt know the millage... just that its a stock 93 w/ a 2.5 4 cylinder and rust on the tub. im not sure what a good price is for these snce the ones on here are never stock. whats a good price to offer him?

4 cylinders aren't worth much. Take a look at the frame near the steering box. Check for rust and by the rear spring mounts. Take a hammer with you and check it out good. If it checks out to be solid the I'd say around 1500 is fair
