Default Dana 44 ball joint questions

I have two questions that I haven't been ale to locate the answers too.

1. I'm putting flat top knuckles on a waggy 44. In removing the ball joints to pull the waggy knuckle, I haven't been able to locate the tool/socket that takes the adjuster out of the upper ball joint (anywhere other than online. I've checked murray's and autozone - no luck. Any ideas? It looks like this:

2. When I put the flat top knuckles on (originally from a chevy IIRC) what ball joints do I ask for? Are they the same as the waggy joints?

I found my tool at Richards Auto by me....I'd try one of the un-chained parts stores, you know, the ones that know something ;) I believe the ball joints are the same, but one bit of advice, don't get the cheapy ones. I did and my u-joints contact the lower joints threads and the uppers zerk fitting, had to clearance with a grinder.
