Best thing I ever did with my shop was put a two foot wide shelf on three Walsh three feet down from the roof . About 120 foot of shelves

I might say that this was the worst thing you ever did. Someone will get killed some day when they are digging thru the drive shafts and they fall off the ladder onto the keg bench, spill their beer, bleed out on the floor, while Davey laps up the spilled beer. You actually need another pole barn for part storage.... Oh wait, you have one.

Standard rubbermaid tubs work pretty good too for the lighter duty stuff. I bought a bunch of the cheapies at home depot when they were on sale for like $1 a peice one time. I'm do for more.

For more of the heavy jeep shit you guys are storing I could see the recycle bins working real nice.

I did the same, 2' wide shelf around the perimeter of the garage. If you have enough clearence clarence between the garage door and the ceiling I put 4x8' shelves up above the door in the past. Current house doesn't have time for that though
