Don't know what your long term plans are, but if the wiring is jacked up, and if your considering a 4r70w, I have that painless wiring 65% off coupon. They make full wiring kits for eb's and stand alone trans controllers.

Started on fixing the steering tonight and also wanted to check out the front end as 4x4 did not seem to work. Turning one side locked in nothing else turned. Pulled the cover to investigate and everything looked fine, even found a trac-loc in there. Long side shaft was spinning on the inside but not at the other end. Damn 44 shaft is broke already I haven't even wheeled it yet, I think it is a sign...

Still plan on fixing the shaft, steering and radius arm bushings so I can drive this thing a little.

I pointed this stuff out to the seller and got a little off the price, the plan does not include this axle so it really doesn't matter

DOM acquired for cage, I have all the parts to put the front end back together. My plan is to have it driving by the end of next week, drive it a little this fall and start the big changes after hunting season.

Had the day off cuz we were at cedar point all week-end so had some time this afternoon to work on this thing.

Axle is replaced and got the radius arm c-bushings replaced. Just need to get the steering box back together and back installed and it should be a driver.

That pile of red is what was left of the old ones, I installed some 7 Deg. bushings from Engery Suspension.

All fixed and back together, took it for a nice drive tonight and it drove pretty good. I probably will drive it a while but I really want to start tearing it apart...
