Default south bend machine lathe $800 Weidman

South Bend machine lathe. Im guessing this lathe to be from the 1930??
No modle number of any kind on it, 6 foot bed, 4 speed belt drive, 4jaw chuck, Every thing works good could use some cleaning up.
pickup only vary heavy. $800 Weidman MI

Look at the bed ways by the tail stock. The serial number should be stamped there. From that number you should be able to determine model number, date of manufacturer, etc..... Its missing the half nut lever, and most of the change gears for threading. With the missing parts and little to no accessories your price is a bit optimistic for a project lathe. I would value this machine in the $400 range.
