Why did you even consider the other option? This post smells like bullshit.

Because I guess in my mind If I give them my credit card (hand it to them to take the info, not read it to them) and they take the info and send me the tool I should be good to go. Not get a call 3 months down the road saying they never charged me and I Have to pay it now.

I never realized that the money wasn't taken out. I have paid it now.
Why would they send me the tool with out any payment? Thats what I don't understand. Wouldn't a company like snap on know not to trust any customers?

So you are saying you have never made a mistake or lost something? When the record keeping didn't add up they contacted you to ask for payment. I see nothing wrong with that from SO standpoint. You have an obligation to pay for the goods and service you receive. You being an entitled fukc face doesn't fly with some people who have morals (look that word up it might be good for you, too bad your parents failed at teaching you about these).

So you keep such sloppy records you don't know when $400ish has or hasn't been charged to "your" credit card? This leads me to believe that you don't pay the bills and explains your entitled attitude.

You hit the nail on the head with why would a company trust a customer. You are a perfect example why we have so many pre pay gas stations. In your mind its ok to pump and run because they didn't ask for money upfront? The fact you even had to ask or that in your mind there were two options in this situation proves what type of person you are.

I paid a lot less then that for it, between my school, apartment, truck, tool truck (I bought the gun through a different source) payments and miscellaneous living expenses pulse the money coming in from my paycheck each week its not suppressing a missed a single transaction.

But I guess you guys are right, I'm a Dbag because I had no idea how to handle a situation I have never been in before.

So, you had no idea what to do if you had something you did not pay for?

I just got arrested for taking beer from Walmart. I told the police it was walmarts fault for allowing me to have possession before I payed for it. Will I still be in trouble?

I think I'm entitled to walk out on the restaurant tab, after all the stupid waitress gave me my food before I paid for it.

You won't get in trouble if you drink it all and then tell us about it

I know perfectly well not to ask GL4X4 for advice on how to rip off companies with minimal guilt and maximum entitlement. You keep that stuff private.
