Default Behind the seat jack storage removal?

I need to ditch the behind the seat jack storage for some subs and was wondering how to get the stud out that holds down the tray and goes through the jack.

When I took out the one in my truck I just used a cut off wheel and then ground it down.

Unless your taking out the plastic part, carpet, bolt on the floor, and remove the pita fixture under the truck holding it on just cut it off.

Well I was going to try and salvage it but the truck is lowered (I know I know) and I'm a big guy so no way in hell I'm getting under it so I guess I will chop it off and call it good.
