Hey now - maybe if he had a wife the grass would have been cut (by her) days ago.

Seriously though, just get the job done.

I proceeded to go out to where all our grass gets dumped load up the stinkiest old grass we could find into my dump truck and dumped it in front of his garage door at 730 monday morning. He couldnt get out to go to work and called the police. The police contacted me that afternoon and wanted me to remove the grass but I forwarded them the email he sent and they said I was good to leave it. I then had my lawyer send them a letter saying that they need to pay or further action will be taken. They paid it with lightning speed. Double win.

So tall it attracted a rogue peacock. Seriously I have to get a wildlife removal specialist to relocate it. I'm adding that to the bill too. Getting out of hand.

I agree you need to mow your lawn but the agreement to me is a matter of principle..
Your realtor should have made sure that all aspects of sale were done, that's why they make a commission.
I would first start with both realtors, for $300.00 they should split it.
1) Hire someone to mow it
2) File in small claims court
3) buyers lives out of state and even if you lose he has the expense of travelling..I would bet they would pay before incurring the expense of travel.
either way you win!

My mom had a peacock off Baldwin in Grand Blanc (it stayed with house when she moved), they are cool birds and worth the food to just have it around. they don't bother anything.
