I can not wait to see this lawn in a couple of weeks after Andy mows it once, goes and buys a huge POS tractor, it breaks, he doesn't mow it, hates mowing it, regrets buying so much property, cant afford to pay someone $300 to mow it and it turns into a veritable forest. Township sends him a letter to get his disgraceful yard mowed, he starts a thread to complain about his rights being violated, ahhhh.......

I love Scooterbuilt threads. This shit should be a TV show.

BTW, I have to call you out on your parents second home delaying the purchase agreement. Sounds like you had your parents co-sign.

If I was his parents I would be on the note, I'd rather risk losing 100k and having my name on a foreclosure than have him mooch off me for the rest of my life and hoard junk all over my house and yard.

Life "IS" fair and the sellers owe him to cut the lawn. They sure are assholes. Little did they know that he would get even by turning an internet forum against them. He showed them!
Well damn.....WTF am I doing wrong?

Go buy yourself an old 70's or 80's era mower.....you know, the kind that were actually built well and can be repaired when they break....you will be in it a couple hundred bucks and it will last a very long and be way more durable than today's consumer grade shit.

Then go mow the dam lawn.

Drove by Skooter's new house just to see this mass of jungle grass that he is ranting about.

He wasn't home but I did see this:

x4. Keep them in a hot area in a garbage bag for a few weeks prior.

Seriously tho just cut your lawn and move on. My sellers I bought my house from a few months ago, live out of town, however are really cool people. They agreed right away to pump the septic among other small things(realtor told me I was crazy to ask, fuck it, the way I saw it I wanted them to take their shit with them). However a few weeks after I discovered squatters in the back woods.. well the house was mine so it was my issue to deal with. Got it handled but no thanks to the realtor or the seller, seller did contact me a few weeks back to check to see if I had got them off my land, which they have been. Grow up and put your big boy pants on and deal with the issues your house has, every house has them, be lucky its just your grass that needs cut and not something major.

I agree, the principle of ignoring the contract is very irritating. Sometimes the energy wasted on getting revenge is worth it, but in the long run, it fawking sucks.

Let it go, maybe they will get fawked by an errant wood working tool.

My realtor thought i was crazy with some of the stuff i had put into the contract, things like, Water in the pool, wanted the carpet removed, some other things fixed.
They signed it, and come closing, they had removed a hot tub (which was in the contract), not fixed 3 broken doors, 2 leaky outdoor faucets and hadn't removed the carpet (I knew they wouldn't).

In the end I walked away from closing with a $11,000 check to pay for what had been taken and what hadn't been done.
Just got done with removing the last shreds of carpet last fall lol, 8 years after the fact.
