Write that down somewhere that you see it everymorning... It will give you the motivation to get your A$$ in gear. Good luck and keep at it - we are all rooting for you.

A month ago I got pissed off because I was so close to hitting 200 lbs and then after a weekend of drinking I put on 5lbs. I had worked too hard to get so close so I gave up Beer for the last month. With a family that owns a Microbrewery and a consulting job where I am entertaining customers every week it was REALLY hard to do. I have now hit my goal that I said I would not drink until I hit - but now that I haven't had it in a month I am not sure if I want to have another one.

been limiting carb and caloric intake, italmost doesn't phase me (until friday night when i get home from work and there's a fresh pizza that everyone is eating except me).

i need to drink more water, less coffee, and some fruit... and quit smoking...and exercise more. right now just walking but eventually would like to get into a routine that includes a gym or something more than the hit-or-miss schedule i have right now. it's already easier to climb multiple flights of steps, squeeze under a 2wd truck to change oil (goddamn, wish the drain bolt was closer to the radiator ) and jerk off, all which are pretty important things

How's everyone doing?

I'm down 120#, been mountain biking some of the forest preserve trail's around here in the nice morning's, feels great.

grandcherokee, I'm drink only water and the occasional hot tea. If i crave something with flavor i throw a lemon and lime in the water, or i go to a lacroix flavored sparkling water.


Also went through my clothes the other day, two large garbage bags full of stuff that isn't even close to fitting me anymore. some stuff i had gotten too fat for and then blew by it slimming down.

Closet is emptier, but now i need an entire new wardrobe, and worst, a new suit. even with a belt last week i looked like a kid in his dads pants lol

Closing the gap on 50lbs. I'll be into the 230s rather soon (241 this morning). Really excited for 50lbs! I've been buckled down pretty hard for about 3 weeks, no alcohol, no sugar, under 25g of carbs a day. I'm also doing a bit of intermittent fasting, making sure I'm actually hungry before I eat. Surprising how long steak and eggs will keep you going!

I have gotten my percent bodyfat down to 10%. Still hovering around the 168-172 weight range.

99% of the time I eat a very clean diet, my taste buds have adapted to the point where I don't enjoy a lot of the foods that I no longer eat but used to enjoy.

the 1% of the time when I see a deep dish pizza with my favorite toppings on it I eat the whole thing, then when I am done my stomache and asshole remind me very swiftly why I don't eat that stuff and its enough to remind me for quite a while not to eat that kinda stuff.

A while back I actually went to the point where I have lost more weight than I weigh. I have done it over time and exercising so it's not as bad as I see on those crazy weight loss shows at all. My skin retracted better than some of my friends who just had kids.
