Unhappy 41 MB Project, engine, trannys, t cases, Warn 8274 Price Drop again

I've decided that this is too much of a project for my current situation.

41 MB Slattie: 4060th Jeep ever produced, Titled as a 41 with Vin and script on the rear, tub is shot (cut in half for a stretch and extensive rust), good fenders, hood, windshield frame, and reproduction slat grill (not the incorrect MD Juan, this is a repro made by a member of g503 that is no longer with us) and repro headlight buckets and brackets. $700 obo (I won't seperate any of this)

46 CJ2A: Only a tub and title, tub is 1/8" plate from the middle of the cowl back, includes a possibly repairable windshield frame, and fenders (I'm keeping the grill as garage art). Hood is going with the blue one, blue hood will be included if you want it. $150 obo Sold Will part this one

(In the pic is two windshield frames, only the yellow one is included)

47 CJ3A: Basket case, no title, might be good for a few odds and ends, repairable windshield frame, no other useable body parts, frame is really clean, drivetrain is all there, motor is seized. $200 obo Will part this one Sold

CJ3A grill: Disassembled but includes all the light buckets. $50 obo or will include with the 46 or 47 Sold

New reproduction MB/2A/3A Cowl panel, paid $165 + shipping, I'd like $50 obo

3.8 Ford SuperCoupe engine: SuperCharged! Complete with manual computer and wiring harness, only missing the flywheel. $300 obo

Small block Ford manual transmission bellhousing with external slave for a T-18/NP435 (may fit others?) $40 obo will include with the T-18

Ford 2wd T-18 $50 obo

Jeep T-98 with Ford input shaft and Dana 20 Bull Gear $50 obo

GM SM-420 $75 obo Sold

Jeep Dana 300 with the short output (1980) $125 obo Sold

Scout Dana 300 (rare, bolts up to the T-98 or with some parts swapping the T-18) Missing the Bull Gear, I know of a source ($165) or get a teralow kit $250 obo

Stock 85 Toyota axles (not IFS width), I believe they are 4.10's. $250 obo Sold

Built Toys: IFS width rear with 1.5" spacers, stock width front with 3" spacers, 5.29's, lock right front, welded rear, longfields in the front, stock shafts rear, full set of stock shafts for the front (spares), Trail-Gear trunion bearing eliminators, extra set of knuckles with hubs, spare lock out, high steer arms with 5th stud, heavy duty tie rod w/ FJ80 tie rod ends, Trail-Gear hydro assist ram, complete stock brakes (still solid rotors in the front and drums on the rear), diff armor, truss on the front, probably other stuff I'm forgetting (for full price I'll include a drilled and tapped steering box with an extra sector shaft). $1700 obo Sold

Drilled and tapped Toy mini truck steering box with an extra sector shaft $175 obo Sold

Bare front toy housing includes a 4.30 third $50 obo Sold

5 37x12.50R15 Goodyear MTR's (old style) 4 have about 1/4 tread left, 5th is at least 75%. One tire has 2 patches in it and a screw still in it. $125 obo Sold
Best tire (like new)

Worst tire (has 2 plugs and needs another)

The other three are pretty much the same

Warn 8274: older, needs to be refurbished, no cable, no controller $200 obo Sale Pending

Set of 4 stock Toyota 15x7 steel wheels $50 obo Sold

Hanging pedals, 2 sets, 1 CJ, 1 S10 $10 ea obo

4 stock YJ leaf spring packs $50 oboSold!

All frame and axle brackets for a 3 link front and 4 link rear, brand new from Barnes 4WD. I paid $230+ shipping (on sale), I'll take $150 Sold

S10 steering column(with keys) and gas pedal $Free

Add it all up and it comes out to $1835, if I can sell it all as a package I will take $1200 obo

Things that I would trade for: Aluminium 15x8" wheels with <4.5" back spacing 5 on 4.5, beadlocks with the same specs, parts to swap an AW4 into my TJ (Parts needed), a car trailer, tools, a tubing bender, dana 44 air lockers (I need 2), chromos for Rubicon 44's, a new tan soft top for my TJ, a zero-turn mower, a rooftop tent, or a late 20's to early 70's truck project (prefer Willys, Chevy, or Ford)

Yeah, it kinda sucks but I'm impatient and a procrastinator which is not a good combination. I'm gonna buy a stock TJ Rubicon and slowly build it into what I want without the initial time and cash outlay. Someday I'll build a flat fender but now just isn't the time.

Should I move this to the Parts For Sale section? Doesn't seem to be getting the views in here that I thought it would...

As far as I know it wasn't used on another Willys. I already had the other two titles so I didn't really need one for this. The PO bought it out of an estate sale with no title and parked it behind his barn for 10+ years. I'm working 70-80 hour weeks right now but I'll try to get a VIN off it and take it in to the SOS next week
