16ft Sylvan Sea Monster **sold**

Thinking of selling my fishing boat and buying something bigger, i bought it this winter not knowing it needed all the work it did.it is as follows:

16 ft aluminum
70 hp evinrude
eagle fish finder
ez load trailer new bearings and winch strap

new this year:
boat:
-Floor- it was completely ripped out and new wood was installed that was wrapped in 6oz fiberglass cloth and polyester resin, aluminum supports were made under floor and it was attached with aluminum rivets and polyo grip two part expoxy and covered with dark grey all weather carpet. Two new seats and re-used two. cut new side rod holders at this time too.

-Batterys- One from cabelas and the other came with boat bought end of last season. All of the wiring was replace battery cables, circuit breaker, battery switches, dash switches ect ect

-Helm- i replaced the pos in boat with a aluminum one i bent up, all new switches, am.fm.cd.mp3 jensen radio, cig lighter, eagle fish/depth finder. All cables where in good shape with no need of being replaced so i didn't.

-Motor- the boat ran when i got it but had some issues. so i replaced this year: coils, powerpack, impellor and housing, head and water box gaskets, cleaned carbs and sync'ed, new fuel lines and primer ball with line, rebuilt fuel pump. Fires up and runs fine boat does right at 34 mph gps. boat could use a prop it was a little beat up when i got it but it works. i added power trim off another boat. it has two 6gal tanks and it does well on fuel as long as your not on the dash. Truth be told it still is cold blooded as most these motrs are after sitting a week plus.

I dont need to sell this at all and to be honest i wont if the boat i want sells.

$3000 obo and ill include everything lines, jackets, flairs, anchor ect ect.

dont waist my time and i wont yours

free bump. The old Sylvans are great hulls and the open layouts makes the boat feel and fish a lot bigger than 16'. I wish I had a need for a boat.
