Default Best place to buy fireworks moroe / ohio

All these little firework shops around here seem to suck and are more expensive.
I usually go out to ohio or monroe.

Where do you guys like to go to get your stuff.
Also where can I get some of the firecrackers bigger than the little m80s. I want a nice boom.

We always went to "Phantom" they have just about everything and used to do a buy X amount get it matched free. $400 in fireworks now equals $800 deal.

But they are twice as expensive, so its not really a great deal. As soon as you spend a certain amount there, then evreything is half off, instead of two for one. So you don't have to buy two of everything. Their fireworks are just fine though.

Most 1.4g fireworks are about the same, for any mainstream commercial outfit. I prefer 'Big' brand Fireworks. I do have the perferred status, after $700 you get 30% off, plus some level of bucks that you earn.

I may be reading that wrong....

They didnt make us match product, just dollar amounts. EVERY time we went.

Their price was also within cents of every other fireworks place we went to.

The great State of Michigan imposed a 6%safety fee on top of the 6% tax. They also made all the retailers carry $10 million in insurance. Only a few other states mandate insurance and they are $1-2M. Big Fireworks is based in Lansing and carries most items. They dont have anything that is spectacilar as most items are just relabled items base on other importers proven pieces. For a man that knows his shit on pyro head to Jackson to Sparkys fireworks paradise. http://fireworksparadise.com/ Tell him I sent you and he will be sure to make you happy. If you want to head out of state go to Holland OH to Millers Fireworks. http://www.millerfireworks.com/ Awsome people, look for the big dude behind the counter he knows it all and will treat you right.

I've always found the best prices at Shelton Fireworks, but I used to drive past the one in northwest Indiana regularly. I'm sure this year I'll just hit the tent in meijer parking lot and pay twice as much.
