I need help with a fuel injector

I am replacing a fuel injector. is there is a trick to getting the injector back into the fuel rail. I have been trying for about an hour, and I destroyed two o-rings.

Use a little grease on the o-ring to make it slide back into the fuel rail. Put the o-ring on the injector first.

This. 4.0 fuel rails can be a pretty tight fit. It helps to rotate them back and forth while pushing them in too.

It works. It's just tricky. Put them in the rail first. A little Vaseline works great.
