Default Lifted 4x4 Pickup w/ remote start, bfg tires, CB

I got a promotion and bought a new 2012 Ram off the lot, so I am looking to move my old truck.

Was previously my daily driver - Runs strong, and drives straight! 4x4 works great! BFG All Terrain Tires have 80-90% tread. Lifetime Firestone Alignment package. LOTS of new parts with a bunch of receipts!

Oil changed a last month, brand new plugs / distributor, & air filter within the past week or two.

The Good:
1998 Dodge Ram 1500 Sport with 166,000 miles
BDS Premium Suspension Lift with leveling kit.
HD Audio / MP3 / CD, Subwoofer / amp, Aftermarket Speakers
Cobra CB with whip antenna
Remote Start
2 sets of keys each with a remote start Key FOB
Power Locks, Windows, Tilt Steering

New Parts within the past year or two:
TPS Sensor
O2 Sensor
IAC Sensor
Govorner Pressure Solenoid & Sensor
Higher Amperage Alternator
Serpentine Belt Tensioner
Gatorback Serpentine Belt
RUK Industries Adjustable Lower Control Arms
RUK Industries Adjustable Track Bar
RAM Bedliner
Trans fluid flush
New Front Hubs
All grease-able joints up front.

The Bad:
No AC, and the heater/defroster only blows on high. Burns a little oil - maybe 1/2 a quart between oil changes. Airbag light is on and has been this way since I bought it.

And that's about it. Really dependable daily driver, for you or the kids. I wouldn't even hesitate to drive this up north to the UP today or across country. Its not a show queen, but it has a pretty damn good stance and gets lots of looks in the parking lot. Typical dents/dings, but like I said - it looks good. Values:
Excellent - $6,501
Very Good - $6,226
Good - $6,076
Fair - $5,351

Possible Trades or partial trades:
2005 or newer car that gets 25+ MPG and roadworthy
Property Up North 5 or so acres or a partial trade towards more acreage - something I can hunt on.
2000 or newer 16 foot or smaller camper (no popups) - might take an older restored camper. I'd also take a tear drop / micro camper.
4x4 utility quad - either older + $ or straight trade on a newer quad with low hours.
Bass Boat with trailer - must run perfectly

or... make an offer of something worth at least 5k?
