Default SBC 350 4 bolt shortblock Forged crank/pistons H beam rods $1,000 Trades?

I have for sale or trade a 350 4 bolt main that needs to be put together. The engine has been professionally machined by Automotive Machine in Fraser, MI ($1100). The rotating assembly has been balanced and the engine was bored specific to each piston for proper clearance (pistons are numbered). The block was also decked for a true deck surface, bead blasted, brass freeze plugs installed, cam bearings installed, cooling jackets bead blasted, and all threaded passages tapped and cleaned. The engine needs to be hand washed to remove any residual machining debris and put together. It was temporarily put together to make sure enough clearance was present between the rods and block. Gaskets and rings are needed. The engine parts are as follows:

Lunati lightweight forged pistons 11.2:1 comp ratio (.060 over, $525 new)
Pro Comp H beam 5.7 Rods rated for 850 hp (realistic plan was for around 500 hp but I wanted to build it a little over kill, $325 new).
Scat lightweight forged crankshaft ($1125 new)
Clevite H race grade bearings (mains $90 rods $72)
Summit high performance balancer (SFI 18.1 $130) and flexplate ($50)
Comp camshaft and lifters 305H grind .525 .525 ($215)
9.000 deck surface
crankcase breather passages are threaded into the intake valley (circle track)
intake valley is polished.

I also have a set of cylinder heads that are aluminum Pro Comp 210cc intake runner volume, 2.02 1.60 valves straight plug with 64cc combustion chamber. They are brand new and never installed. The bowls were blended and put together by Automotive Machine for proper valve sealing etc. ($530 for the bare pair plus $300 in valves, springs, retainers, guide plates, studs and machining work).

I have over $4100 into everything.

Asking $2000 for everything (Included with complete is a Edelbrock Torker II intake, polished aluminum valve covers, and timing cover)

or

$1,000 for shortblock

I'm located in Brownstown, MI. I had a project in mind when I started this process but that project never was completed.

I'm looking to sell or trade for shop equipment such as a 2 post or 4 post hoist or a combination of tire balancer, tire machine, heavy duty large air compressor etc. Really looking for a hoist though. Prefer a 2 post with the chain on the floor due to ceiling height like the picture below.

I'm looking to build a pole barn also. I would consider pole barn building material equivalent in value for trade (attic style trusses, metal siding, treated 4x6's 14 feet long etc).

I have over 4k in parts and machining. I don't have any immediate use for this engine. Shoot me an offer or trade.

I would consider trading for pole building materials in equivalent value also (metal siding, metal roofing, 4x6 treated 4x6's, trusses etc).
