Default Broken atlas?

Pulled my jeep out of garage today in 2wd high, switch to 4low and loaded on the trailer unloaded the jeep in low and went back to 2wd high and it will not move. Shifter seems to move fine can switch the rear output from low to neutral fine. Shifter moves back into high but nothing. 2 speed atlas 3.8 Wheeled all day in low with no other issues. Any ideas. Really hope its not broke

Maybe. But in four high the front end spins. That tells me the rail is moving back into the proper spot for the detent to work. Have never been inside a atlas but its almost like a snap ring broke and let the rear high range gear move.

Talked to AA today. So far I'm happy with what they said. Told me to ship it there and they would fix it no charge but 4-6 week turn around. So they are sending me the parts to fix it on my dime and will credit me back when they get the broken parts bback.
