It can $.35 more between Kalkaska and Petoskey, with it being higher in Petoskey. Makes no sense. Usually an even bigger difference between TC and Petoskey.

Yep, $4.70. It was around Seney but not right in town. Other than that, $4.40 at Trout lake; everywhere else it was $4.18-$4.21

Gas is always stupid expensive around Seney, the one place I always tried to avoid getting gas was at the BP where 77 hits 28. It seems like there are a few stations along 2 before you get to 77 that were price gouging too.

The BP station at 77 and 2 is currently at $3.99.

The one 20ish miles north in Seney is $4.29 (i always avoided this station also)

I still haven't seen anything to support $4.70 for regular 87 octane.

It pisses me off every time I get gas around here. Gas in the U.P. is cheaper than in Petoskey

It was my general rule of thumb to avoid stations in that area if I could. I don't have anything of real value to add considering I haven't been through that area in almost 3 years.

If we're lucky, it'll drop to a buck like it did a few years ago after it went over $4.

Try getting gas in Gaylord, Petoskey ive noticed it always a tad cheaper than us. So many stations in this town, same +$0.20 price (compared to downstate) everywhere. Only way to get it cheaper is to get those grocery store discount slips. Like others said it finally dropped to 3.99 here the other day.
