I was thinking about doing that or just leave the frame alone and put a different set of axles in this and use these for another build that I am working on. I have too many projects going on at the same time but thats how I roll.

Got rid of the excess body parts.

A pic of how the notches are turning out.

I also bent the "B" pillar tube tonight and cut some of the tubes to connect it. I will have pics of those up when I have it all tacked welded together.

It's actually just a cheaper one. I don't know the brand name of it but its similar to the Harbor freight one...just a little heavier duty. I was very surprised at the quality of notches that it turns out and how centered they actually are.

Got a couple more tubes bent and cut tonight. Ran out of welding gas the other day and have not got it refilled yet so nothing is tacked in place yet. Everything is just kinda being held in place right now.

Starting to add some tubing to the front. Don't know for sure if I like or not yet. The lower tube is going to end at the bend where the tube turn in toward the front hoop off the bumper and I will have a tube coming from the bumper up to the bend where it will tie into.

I have made a little progress and here are some pics.

Here is the the beginning of the t-case skid and cross member. I am going to extend the cross member forward underneath the transmission pan and sheet the bottom with HDPE.

Here is a side view with some temporary skins I made out of some small sheets of stainless steel I had.

I just about have everything wrapped up on it. I finished the steering and the cross member/skid plate last week. Last night I started filling all the fluids and put the tires on it. It's just about ready to be beat!!
