Default 89 ranger has no balls

I have an 89 ranger xlt ext. Cab with the 2.9, automAtic, and push button 4x4. starts right up but has a misfire that I just cannot figure out. Here's what has been done to the truck

-rebuilt motor and trans
-New injectors
-New plugs
-New wires
-New fuel rail
-new fuel pressure regulator( between 35-45)
-New MAP sensor
-New coil pack
- New fuel pump
-New fuel filter
-New exhaust for backpressure
- cap and rotor are good. Probably changing anyways.
- changing broken o2 sensor today
- no vacuum leaks
- and can't time because of misfire

If you've had troubles like this or have any other ideas that might do the trick please message me or text me. 734-717-9247. My name is Ryan and all ideas are welcome. Thanks.
