rim and tires size questions

i have a 2009 sierra 1500 4x4 and want to put a leveling kit on it and have a couple of questions.

i would like to run 33's on either 17 or 18 inch rims is this possible and what are the specs for the rims i would need like offset/backspacing to make this happen?

thanks everyone for reading
