It might be. For the moment, I'm trying to find out what happened to all the stuff that disappeared while I had it in storage.

Work on the ice cream truck should commence some time this week.

I don't recall seeing any gravel on your road.

I mean't to ask you about this when we were chatting about your body swap...but, what are you doing with the dash and dash wiring from either body? The dash on my Jeep is an electrical fire waiting to happen.

You were here during one of the worst weeks. However, this week is worse. Seriously, our roads are a major reason that I sold my corvette.

Regarding wiring, I haven't wanted to think about it yet.

Well, thanks to 79cj, kixx007, johnnyj & jeepm17, the body came off last night. So, I guess I'm now committed to the body swap.

Do you really think it needs repair?

Let the work begin.

Where was your POS while I was at KOH this year?

I have been needing to do this for 2 or 3 years but have kept putting it off to keep wheeling. I finally said enough is enough. I don't have any wheeling trips planned for the next couple months so all is good.

Plus, I can always take the Rhino if need be.

Probably invited them over for beer and pizza to watch dancing with the stars, got them all there, then while your here....

Are you going to (did already?) coat the new tub in anything?

No beer for the workers. Pizza is too expensive.

I'm not putting anything on the outside but will be doing something on the inside. No decision yet.

Wow, that was a little rusty. Hope you get the swap finished up soon and don't lose too much wheeling season.

Jim lives on a lake, his wheeling season is fall/winter. It's boating season now.

OK, I've been putzing with stuff but no pics yet. About half the body mounts are repaired & I started modding the frame for an upper link bolt that was trapped after the Atlas was installed. The old body is cut up and scrapped out. We decided we are going to do a color change and do it right. So the donor body will be stripped and blasted prior to new paint. I got most of the body stripped tonight & have a few more misc items to pull off it. Then I'll cut out the new wheel wells and the fuel pump access. Then strip the donor grill, tailgate & hood and off those items go to blast. I'm going buy a new windshield frame since it's been fubarred since before my windshield hoop.

While at KOH I scored a good deal on a new set of PRP folding seats which will be tied into the cage. New Genright tube fenders have been ordered. Also bought the remaining needed Currie johnny joints to replace the rear upper links. A new Grizzly comp locker will go in the rear to replace the spool and new Yukon lockouts for the front. This should make it more streetable for the mandatory trips to DQ. The drive flanges will be kept as spares if I break a lockout. Many thanks to Dale at Ironman for parts & pieces.
