ok guys getting redi to lock the axles i have a 30 hp and a chy 8.25 what is the best locker air or cable locker?

Aussie for the 30 mine works great and gravy install. As for selectable I hear bad thing about the cable ones installation nightmares.

best would be ARB but zip lockers are decent too

I would do a Detroit in the back for simplicity and with the wheelbase of an xj I wouldn't see it majorly affecting handling
I barely notice it in my scrambler

I was told by a reliable source that the zip lockers are based off of the 1st gen ARB... Almost identical in every way.

I don't like my trutrac in the front of mine just because its still a posi and not a full locker
That being said it works great on everything but the rocks

My Detroit was silent in my Tacoma....two of them would be the best route. Selectable lockers are a waste of money imo
