Default TBI problem???

Hey guys, I am having a probem with my 90 dodge w250. When I bought the truck, The guy said he had to pinch the fuel return line because the fuel pump was getting weak. Well I finally went to try and figure the problem out and the "fuel return line" was actually the main gas line leading into the throttle body. When I un-pinch the line, the truck will hardly run at all and has absolutely no pick up and will just bog out. The truck has a stock fuel pump so I dont think its getting to much gas from that. Im stumped... Any other ideas or things to check??? Thanks for any helpful input!

Problem solved... Ended up finding a kink in the actual return line that was preventing excess gasoline to get back to the tank, therefore causing the engine to bog down when you floor it.
