Well three spools of wire later here is how she sits. Doubled the frame all the way back (5x2), crossmembers are 4x2 channel, 2x2 under the frame to give me a little height, and a 4 foot dove that I finished fish plating tonight, everything is .120 wall.

Thanks to a busy summer the build thread has been lacking. Bringing this up to speed cliff notes style. Got the trailer all finished and switched to recessed LED tails after smashing them while loading. Met my goal and built it for just under 2k with consumables, liquid consumables included

Made a bumper center for it. It looks a little out of place until the front gets narrowed. Kept it tight for approach angle, planning on recessing the winch into the grill somewhat.

Warn was nice enough to let me prototype with their ultra entry level winch

Final product...

Ended up twisting the ears on both inner and outer passenger side shafts as well as destroying a lockout before I went back to school...Positive news for the Fozzy Locker, but the real test will come once my 35 spline stuff comes in.

Got my 35 spline stuff in and installed. Threw in a new PS pump as well.

Few pics from R and V last weekend, had some steering issues later in the day but other than that the walrus did well...I might have found a few trees in the process

Been forever since this was updated so here it goes. Started cutting up the floor for the boatsides and found tons of awesome work from someone past.
body mount lol...

some quality welds..

And a little tin foil to fill a rust hole before gobs of bondo were thrown on the rockers

And lastly what looks like jb weld on the b pillar, I sure am glad I never rolled this on the trail. I was a little annoyed to find the extent of booty fab that was holding this thing together, at least its getting taken care of now I guess

Here are the boatsides currently, took it up to halfway into the bottom door hinge. all the cancer is gone. Rockers are about 40" from the ground.

I got the long overdue diff cover for the 14 bolt welded up, threw in diy4x's front rear shackle hangers and picked up a pro tools 105hd to do the cage. Bent up a stinger, door bars, and the now, more important than ever B Pillar hoop. I ended up wasting one section of tube for the bedside bar that will hold my narrowed fenders. Surprised it wasn't more but I think I'm getting it dialed in. My head hurt from thinking and it was getting late so thats how she sits currently.
