If your property value goes up, most likely your neighbors value goes up. I will still say it is a good thing.

Kerry and I bought just as things were going in the shitter around here. We ended up buying something for less than half of what we could have bought. Never once through my back problems and joblessness were we strapped for cash.

After hearing all of this talk of bidding wars and houses selling before they go on the market maybe its time to list it.

the place we are in now was on the market for 3 days and they had 5 offers ! (this was 3 years ago) we got the hose for asking price and the only reason why is because we had cash down. someone offerd $8000 over asking but didnt have cash down lol

I still have plenty of toys and at no point was I forced to sell any of it.....but when buying a house and experiencing the expenses involved in living on your own you quickly learn to prioritize what you need, what you don't, what you'll never use, and what you'd rather replace with more financial comfort. I'm living well and still have plenty of fun, I just trimmed some of the fat.

hmm, I think 3000psi with fiber, 4" thick for most of it, and I put in footers that are 4'x15'x12" thick for where the hoists would go, if I choose to put one in. 24" deep rat wall.
