Default Car hauler Use- Done!

Would anybody around the Big Rapids/Grand Rapids area happen to have a car hauler they would be willing to let me borrow for a weekend? I have to haul my full size chevy up north to alpena. I could compensate you for the use of the trailer

It would need to be able to haul a full size ext cab chevy 1/2ton

Thanks

Got it all hauled up north

U-Haul rents out dollys and trailers for a decent price

http://www.uhaul.com/Reservations/Eq....aspx?model=AT

The auto transport has these requirements:

Must not weigh in excess of 5,290 lbs.
Must have a maximum outside-to-outside tire width of 79.25" Note: outside tire width over 75" must use late-model U-Haul Auto Transport (identifiable by silver galvanized color).

They may not recommend using their trailer but you could just lie to them and say that you are hauling an S-10 or something. Otherwise it should fit

My truck is too long to fit on their auto transports, I ended up getting a good deal for a dolly rental, hopefully it's wide enough to fit my truck on. It should be, max width is 72" and my truck is only 77" mirror to mirror, so subtract the mirros and it should be well under 72"

Yep, I wasn't sure how long their dolly straps are so I made sure I had my big 12k set
