I get irritated easily by small things, but big issues don't bother me too much. Bugs and poor drivers irritate me the most.

I have extremely bad situational anxiety....the older I get the worse its getting....it doesn't really make sense because I'm very social and outgoing but certian things especially new ones will practically bring me to tears I get so nervous and stressed out.

Some things that have really begun to cause me anxiety

Pumping gas
Going into gas station
Going grocery shopping alone
Drive thrus
Paying bills over the phone/making appointments

Most of these things I used to have no problem with
The list goes on but its getting pretty rediculous lately

Your mom used to give me head while you were brushing your teeth before she kissed you goodnight.

I still get a running start and jump into bed, as if there is something under there that will come out and grab my ankle.

I mixed a pot of fake puke at home and then I went to this movie theater, hid the puke in my jacket, climbed up to the balcony and then I made a noise like this: hua-hua-hua-huaaaaaaa - and then I dumped it over the side, all over the people in the audience. And then, this was horrible, all the people started getting sick and throwing up all over each other. I never felt so bad in my entire life.

Sounds like my current situation with my father.

My colon goes on random clean cycles every couple months. My fiancee hates it because I rip ass in my sleep all night long and it will burn your nostrils out.

And I'm addicted to my Damn phone. I'm always looking up things. I guess it goes both ways. I learn a lot, but I am on it way too much.

I have a problem, I have an addiction problem. I can't help it, it makes me feel good when I do it multiple, up to 50x a day, nothing else gives me the Euphoria I get from my addiction.

I really don't like the idea of taking behavior modifying drugs, I've been refusing adderall for 10years and have learned to deal with focus issues without it, for that reason I've tried stress/anxiety management techniques however they aren't helping. So lately I have been considering bringing it up with my primary....the anxiety is starting to affect not only my day to day activities but my health and sleeping habits as well. Its very frustrating

it took me until i was 36 or so to finally do something about it. i'm 41 and have been dealing with this shit my whole life. with the meds, everything is under control. after all those years i decided that if i have to take a pill a day (or two in my case) to keep shit right, i'm ok with that and i'm glad i did and wish i would have decided to sooner in life.
