Default where to have a simplicity lawn tractor serviced?

I have an older simplicity, guessing around 1999-2003
it needs a couple parts replace plus a full maintenance,

Weingartz is the closest place to me, but seems very pricey, and always have a back log a month out, couple smaller places I've asked said they won't touch Simplicity tractors.

who else works on them, and doesn't take forever, and how do they compare in cost?

I purchase all of my simplicity parts from university lawn in pontiac. Weingartz stocks everything you can imagine but you're definitely going to pay for that luxury.

I can't vouch for university's service, but their sales staff is very friendly and they are priced at a fraction of weingartz.

University Lawn is the closest dealer to you. Burdick St in Oxford is the other dealer in your area. University has the best wrench of the two.

There is Ainsworth in Flint, but I have not dealt with them in years. They don't stock much though, at least they didn't back then.

Love mine, best mowing tractor I have ever had.

Every one I have owned has been a complete tank as well. They have all been older, but the same chassis was made into the 2000's.

Another vote for University Lawn Service. Nice and close, and I've always had good luck with them. I get my Stihl equipment there. I wouldn't mind swapping my Hustler Sport ZTR for a nicer Simplicity, but I would lose too much money on it.

Are they a simplicity dealer tho? I don't think so. Thought they do Hustler and Husqvarna, and New Holland.

If they sold Simplicity, I'd take back my Hustler to them (thats where I got it).

Munn tractor isn't a simplicity dealer.Ainsworth used to be a dealer but is no longer a stocking dealer.I'm the district manager for simplicity and yes they are a great mower!

I have a Simplicity Landlord hydrostatic garden tractor with rear lift and 52" deck. The thing is a tank. Unfortunately I took it in for engine knock and $800 later, an insurance claim, and a police report; and the tractor now sits in my barn without an engine.

Will sell the whole shebang without engine for $200 if anyone wants to pick it up. Going to scrap soon. Would be an awesome base if someone has an engine to put in it.
