Thanks, as an update.... This happened about a year and a half ago, but:
I was driving, dad and grandma riding, on 131 heading north and a woman pulled put in front of me from a side road and the choices were run over her or try and avoid. Long story short i went to the left of her and into the median, almost rolled over, scraped a reflector along the door and bedside of the blazer (through the clear, paint, and primer), and chased her down because she didnt stop. Called he cops and she pretended like she didnt know how to speak english. Cop said there was nothing she could do because we nevee hit her and the lovely state of michigan is no fault!!!
Better paint and metal then body parts getting injured but best would have been she wouldnt have pulled out.
