Gauge setup inside, need to redo the toggle switch's. I need to add another one for the electric fan for the transmission.

Here's my ignition setup behind the glove box to stay clean and water proof

Also have to mount the fuel cell in the back before summer hits

Picked up a spool for my Dana 60 front from another member on here. Ran into an issue trying to get the passenger side caliper off. Cant seam to get the shim and plate off because there rusted together....gonna have to take the die grinder to it....and hopefully not cut to deep

Driver's side came apart fine

Well finally got the passenger side caliper spring and plate off! Had to take a die-grinder and cut it into a couple pieces then hammer the rest out.

So after that cluster i got the rest of the front axle tore apart and ready for the spool to go in

Here's a pic of how tight the passenger side exhaust is to the t-case and frame rail...

This is what led to the evolution of the Dana 60 and 468.....
An outer stub and then another outer stub and inner shaft

And a sbc connecting rod...

Whats going on with the rod?
Glad to see you finally got the caliper off. But I've yet to see you drive it around town more than once!

That's what happens when water gets into an engine...it doesn't combust like fuel does.... Ya i only drove it a couple times, when i hit 250 on the tranny temp gauge i stopped driving it. Didn't want to super heat it anymore. But this year it'll be out more hopefully....providing premium gas doesn't sky rocket like they say it will! It definitely likes to consume the fuel

Finally got the spool installed in the front axle.

Also took the doors off to do tube doors. I liked the Off Road Design doors but the price tag on them is $350 for the pair......not so nice of a price. So i decided to make my own fallowing there design, i'm gettting a 24ft tube of 1.5 1/8 wall square tube for $30.

Does it run cool enough with your rad fan shroud? It should be spaced off the radiator with sides and top and bottom to get air to flow through the whole radiator. It looks like you have the metal right up against the radiator??? Could just be the pic though. You wouldn't want steel against aluminum either.

What?
The fan shroud is the same distance as a stock fan would be. It uses the stock radiator cover to hold it in & the two old bolt holes holds the shroud the top. And I built brackets @ the bottom to hold it strait up. The temp stays between 190-210 & when I kick the fans on its drops to about 175-185.

I also put a EZ INCH lift on it to help clear the 38.5's, that's not so easy to install!
