I eat almost 4,000 calories a day and I have dropped my percent body fat from 23-12% since january 1st. I have lost over 16lbs of fat and added 7lbs of lean body weight.

Eat real food + exercise (run, ride a bike, lift some weights, get your heart rate up) = lose weight.
What do you eat to get to that calorie amount? I am burning about 4000-5000 calories a week and eating about 2500 calories a day. Unless I eat junk food which I try to avoid at all costs, I have difficulty getting up to 2500 with fruits, veggies, lean meats, grains, etc.

I can support this, ................and the proof is kickstand's lady is very pretty and intellectually impressive. So he must be doing something right.

Either that, or she takes pitty on him.

I primarily follow a Paleo diet. I cheat with one protein shake a day, and a few handfuls of non paleo trail mix a few times a day, otherwise I stay on track pretty well.

So far today:
for breakfast I had 8oz of steak, 4 eggs over easy, 2 cups sliced/sautee'd yellow squash, zucchini, onion. Along with a protein shake (non paleo)

An hour later I had about 200 calories worth of trail mix (non paleo m&M's, sunflower seeds, raisins, peanuts) an apple, and a banana.

For lunch I have 8oz grilled chicken breast, 2 boiled eggs, 1/2 cucumber, mixed greens salad, mild peppers, etc. all mixed up

My portion sizes are typically huge, espescially on the side of the veggies, fruits.

Breakfast is a lot of food, It's tough to finish the protein shake.

But its not long and I am ready for a snack.

I have no idea how many calories I am burning. But I was getting lighter than I wanted to be so I have been trying to eat more. Put 6 lbs back on in the last 2 weeks in doing so.

You don't have the right to say that to a law enforcement officer. You have no idea what you're talking about.

Ketchup is processed foods. Things like that. I don't buy chips, lunchmeat, boxed meals, and such, but she does and that is what I get shut down on

I buy fresh and cook my own food as much as possible for the family.

All I had for breakfast was oats and honey granola bar. I will have a banana for a snack then a protein shake for lunch and the a reasonable dinner. Venison steak or burger with hamburger helper. Maybe a baked potato or corn or something.

That's about it. I used to weigh 247 and was fat. 6' tall. For the last year I work out 3 to 4 times a week. No more soda. No more French fries. I am down to 191 and in pretty descent shape. I see my 6 pack reforming.

Y'all eat allot! On weekends we have eggs and bacon for breakfast and will go to chillis or red lobster or Johnny carinos and eat to much. But that's it.

What kind of exercise do you do to keep the weight down kickstand? That seems like a lot of calories to consume in a day, unless you exercise for a good hour or two I would assume.
