That turned out fucking awesome! Even my kids loved it!
Pour the contents over a mound of rice and chow!

If you like fish and zucchini this is a must have!

The essence is everything to this dish. The unsalted butter and wine is a must!

Sounds like a good combo to me. Except I do like the veggies more crunchy, so I probably would have not put those in the foil pack. And I may have had it with a side of Kerry Anns pesto spaghetti squash...

only problem I see there is would the fish taste the same without being cooked with the veggies?

I love cooking fish with red and yellow peppers to add more flavor.

...but I understand the veggies would be healthier if not cooked.
