He'd probably be best on a large or extra large. I can't recall exactly how giant sized tall he is.

People shouldn't post in this thread if you're under 175lbs. Someone is bound to sit on you.

Good luck to you.

Makes my goal of getting down from about 170 to 150 in time for the Marine Corps Marathon in October seem almost trivial.

I've been in the mid 190' s for years was just at the doctors and the scale hit the 200 mark. I cut out pop a couple years ago but went to Arnie Palmers . After talking with the doc he's pushing more water because of other things going on.
My target right now is 175 lbs

Frozen veggies are fine, but stay away from everything canned and all the other processed foods...the more fresh the better and for water intake, multiply your weight by .5 and that'll tell you how many ounces of water you should be drinking everyday.

AWESOME BACK ASPARGUS RECIPE

FRESH ASPARAGUS ON BACKING SHEET
OVEN AT 400 DEG.
SPRAY ASPARAGUS WITH LIGHT OIL (PREFERABLY VIRGIN OLIVE OIL)
BACK FOR 10 MINUTES REMOVE
SPRINKLE FRESH PARMESAN OVER ASPARGUS
PUT BACK IN OVEN FOR 2 MINUTES

REMOVE AND ENJOY....

Good luck, I know where you are at.

Beginning this year I was at 392 lbs (I am 6'5" so I am not a super fatass), and so far I am down to 366.

Good luck. I maxed out at about 235 back in November and decided enough was enough so I started to watch what I eat and what not. I am down to 208 the last time I weighed myself. I'm 20 and 6'2.5" and my goal is 180.

We make that two or three times a week. I love it. It also works really good with broccolini if you can find it.

This is what I've been doing . I with my wife and son started the Chris Powell "Choose to Lose" 7 day carb cycle solution diet. My son has dropped 26lb.s, I have dropped 18lbs., my wife has dropped 15lbs. so far . We eat 5 times a day every 3 hours. I am eating more now than I ever did just eating the right kind of foods. My son hasn't hardly exercised at all because he broke his collar bone and had a plate and 6 screws installed but he's 18 and his metabolism is higher than mine at the ripe age of 52 and my wife at 50. The diet is very easy to stay on as you can either have one cheat meal per day or choose to cheat on a designated day typically Sunday as they call it Sunday Funday. I broke my spine in 2 places 6 years ago and have permanent nerve damage from it so exercising comes with some challenges but I'm still gaining muscle and losing fat and inches.

Get a divorce. I went from 225 to 175 in a few months. I worked out an hour a day and did construction so I was ripped for awhile. Now I'm remarried and have an indoor job so I'm back up to 215-220:)
