It works by using the water created from the exhaust. A by-product of burning hydrocarbons is water. A Parker pumper uses electricity to split the water into hydrogen and oxygen. They hydrogen gets dumped back into the motor for a power boost and the oxygen gets supplied to the driver and passenger...pretty slick setup if you ask me

You explained it pretty well but left out the part about the flux capacitor.
