Just doing a little more research before I know for sure what I want to do.

Security will be on the list for sure. Including a remote fire .50 cal me thinks.
Can you simply slap on some typical shocks to get you buy till your new order of shocks shows up?

Plymouth of all places, interesting. You must be close to Canton or Westland....

You could probably just buy some Allen headed bolts and and strip out the head when your done and burr then end of the bolt. Short of an impact they shouldn't be able to get them off without excessive noise and If you ever you have to remove them you wont be grinding near $2,500 shocks.

Edit: locking lug nuts may be the easier solution.

Why couldn't you grind next to expensive shocks? Use something to shield the shocks and cut away...

A pair of channel locks would take lug but or stripped Allen off easily.

Locking lug nuts have a outside piece that spins so you cant take them off with channel locks or something like that. I don't under stand why you would so anything else besides weld them on personally.
