There are several cars and a truck I should've kept, but funds were needed in other places. I think about finding them once in a while. Do I want to get them back? Probably not. I built them, had my fun and went on to other things.

Sitting on my comfy couch in front of the wood stove in my log house is definitely nicer than working on my $45k over-built Jeep in my parents' garage

You didn't ride the quad anymore, so use the money for some responsible stuff, but use some of it for fun stuff too....stuff you'll actually use.
This is true . I think I will buy a nice gun with some of the $ I shouldn't ride anymore so it is probably good it's gone.

Back in 02' I custom ordered a ram 2500 V-10 made just to my specs. 4.10 gears, camper package, stick and so on. I sold it a year later for a new diesel...

Some guy took a greyhound from Texas to Michigan in January with cash and bought it. I ran the vin on carfax a few months ago same guy still owns it and it only has 40k miles on it... I wish I could buy that truck back some day!

This is what I will do also My wife hates it. I invest way to much money in my toys to give them a way. I just add on to the barn and keep adding vehicles. If I had to get rid of somthing I will scrap it or blow it up before I sell it.

My parents told me if its paid off and not costing me money sitting there then there is no reason to get rid of it. Needless to say I don't sell a lot. Oh and yfz's are not real reliable. Fast but not reliable. .02

Didn't sell, but I did trade-

Gave up a '79 Gibson RD...

... for a '96 Fender Tex-Mex (Jimmie Vaughan) Stratocaster...

[IMG][/IMG]

Shoulda bought the Strat outright and kept the RD.

I guess it's just random. My thyroid flipped out and that was causing my heart to go into a fib . But now that my thyroid is not hyper It will randomly go into a fib. I never realized what a gift your health was ,now I do. I am trying some cardio a little at a time now to see if that does trigger it. I am not taking any meds for the a fib just some to slow my thyroid down . There are a lot of people with a fib, I just never knew about it. It f**king blows ass! I am a lifetime lifter and have been a top college pole vaulter and a pro mx rider ,I am used to doing anything I want to do . Now I really feel old. On the bright side ,I still can lift. So I have been going 5 days a week and almost in the best shape of my life.
