Default 2001 Sport Trac

Sold!

Dropped to $3000 or best! You've never seen a sport trac that cheap! common....

$3500

I bought this for a winter beater, and eventual trail rig, but we're trying to get into a new house. I replaced some front end components, the transfer case motor and cut off the rusted out muffler and replaced it with a straight pipe. Has brand new kenwood stereo with bluetooth, usb and aux input and new Rockford fosgate speakers in the front and rear. I replaced inside and outside door handles on the passenger side, but the door still has some issues. I haven't had a chance to look into it yet. Mileage is unknown as the odometer does not work consistently. Has a nice aftermarket center console.

Has Kuhmo road venture MT 235x85R16's on stock wheels, tires handle snow well but are not in great shape.

Has brand new plugs and wires... what a P.I.A.

Has some of the typical issues. Door Ajar light is on. ABS light is on. Back window is not working.

It still needs an oil pressure sending unit, just haven't had the chance to do it.

Has been starting and running well even in this super cold weather.

4x4 has been working great.

Really have no clue, I've put ~2400 on the trip since I bought it last fall, but the odo has worked sporadically at best.

I wish someone here would buy it and build it up. I already have someone off CL that wants to look at it tomorrow.

I'll plasti dip it what ever color you want

Both those silver ones are BA! Or is that one on 42's white, either way...

Forgot to mention I have a PA body lift for it too, bnib, and 35" MTR/k ready to bolt on. Would throw in the body lift, but need extra for the tires.

Speedo works fine, cloth interior, pretty decent shape, no rips or tears.

I'm getting a lot of questions on this thing, so here are some more details.

One of the problems is the odometer doesn't work. So I have no idea what the mileage is.

I've put 2400 or so with only the work mentioned in the first post, tie rods, t-case motor, muffler delete and plugs and wires.

It does have issues idling sometimes, I think it's a simple problem, maybe PCV hose related, just haven't had time to mess with it.

The door locks don't work (typical), has to do with the springs on the latch mechanism.

Vibrates at 75-80, but may be the tires. Worst case I think it might be a u-joint.

The cruise control buttons are loose from the steering wheel, the mounting tabs broke. New ones are cheap off eBay.

Back window doesn't work, I don't know the solution for that.

The oil pressure gauge takes 5-10 minutes to come up, not because If lack of oil pressure, I think it's just the sending unit.

Once in a while, the trans seems to slip, haven't check the fluid or filter yet... I'm sure it way paste due.
