Default 90cc Quad rent/buy

My 11 year old will be taking his Orv safety class in May,and the government requires a 90cc. Which is bullshit,he's 5'7 and 160 lbs! He currently rides a 250cc. I would prefer to rent one for the day and would also leave a security deposit. Pm for more info,

Do they require you to take a riding section now? When I took it a few years back it was all out of the book.

You want your son riding at SL? Your opinion is the only one that counts, but I would be nervous as hell letting an 11 yo on a quad on the dunes considering the FSV / quad accidents.

We did this with my 16 year old 4 years ago,and they have to be within 100 feet at all times. Also not so much silver lake but any state land or trails.
