I have a few questions.. I am trying to learn as much as possible before I get rolling on my YJ build. I'm going 6.0/4l80/231 and leaf springs, that much I know.

What is your rear suspension setup, exactly?
Are those Waggy springs soa?
Is that the stock fuel tank, if so how does the diff clear at stuff?
What motor mounts did you use?
Who did your harness?

I'm still digging the build, keep up the good work.
Wouldn't mind seeing it in person some day.

the rear springs are xj springs soa with trail gear shackle joints welded to a rear bumper i made.
the fuel cell is an rci 12Lx9Hx30W with a skid plate i made for it. diff barely clears by an inch or 2. i used novak-adapt motormounts and had them do the harness for me. both are made extremly well. you will need a corvette fuel filter/regulator wix part#33737 and dakota digital sgi-5 converter box for it to run like factory. novak sell both but at a premium.(i learned this the hard way)

I was under the impression that the XJ springs would move the axle back farther than what it looks on yours. I like the setup you have, and the stance. Maybe that is the route I will go too.
I have the complete frame cut with my motor, so I may try and make the stock 6.0 motor mounts work somehow. It looks to me like I can make them work. I haven't seen anybody else going that route though, so I'm kind of curious if there's a reason that I'm not seeing.

i have them flipped so it stretches the rear back about 2in and i have spring perches with mult. mounting holes for about another inch if ii flipped the spring around the other way it stretches it about 6"
