Thanks! Nice lookin k5 you got there. Whose shackle flip are you putting in? I can't believe how easy this was to put in.

My cage will have to wait till next year on this I'm thinking. $3000+ into suspension and crossover is kinda hurting lol.

I bought a 85 blazer that had 1 tons in it with the drop shackles in it, so I am reusing them I believe they are Off-Road kit.
My blazer doesnt look like the pics anymore, I have lowered it.
here it is with the 8" lift and sitting low in the ass end. 1 tons with 4:56 lockers.
let me know on the cage, full cage front to rear bent up for the blazer shipped to door for $675,

Sweeet!!!

I saw some pics.

I think I'll just have shortiron here build my cage, he quoted me the same price basically, and he lives like 5 min down the road. Then it's all custom made to my A.D.D. Likings lol, and then I don't have to weld any of it either. Love welding, but I want them perdy, and I've seen his tube work and its awesome

sounds good, I have a buddy that does all my cage work, but he is busy, said it looks good, buy it and I will put it in.. he will make adjustments for the better.
Keep the build going!! wish I had time to do that, but only have time here and there to get things done and dont think about taking pics and such..

Well I didn't touch it this weekend at all.

Springs shipped though

I'll be in Iowa Thursday to Monday, so hopefully they are here when I get back.

Then I can start doing all the measuring for hoops and mounts etc.

Yay. Custom offroaddesign leaf springs made just for my blazers weight specs, and with center pins moved forward 1/2".
