Default Re-selling unopened ammo?

Is re-selling unopened factory made ammo legal in Michigan? Any law enforcement people I would love it if you let us know. I have goggled like crazy and found both yes's and no's all over.

Thanks

No, I can't see why it wouldny be legal.

Manufacturing ammo to sell requires a license, but selling factory ammo shouldn't be an issue, unless Michigan has some more backwards ass laws that I'm not aware of.

I had heard that it was Illegal. I just want to make sure before I post an ammo forsale ad on here. It is not allowed on Cregslist but that is just a CL thing not a Law thing.

I "may' have sold some last week and haven't been rounded up yet. I would think a few boxes here and there is okay, a few cases or a pallet, probably not a good idea.

Re-selling factory ammo isn't an issue. It is if you start reloading your own and selling. Then legally, you become a manufacturer.
