Last week I grilled in my shorts and wife beater, just to make things more summery, the 65 and sunny plus the bike ride back from Daytona helped alot.

We stop grilling when it gets below -20 here. Only 4 or 5 days like that so far. Grilled a side of salmon last night, had it with a horseraddish-orange marmalade reduction. Added some minced red pepper and Cointreau to finish...mmmmm.
