Default 2wd to 4wd zf adapter?

Ive got a 94' 7.3 idi with a zf5 speed trans, its a 2wd dually. I removed all the front suspension put in leaf springs and a front axle. Ive been driving it as a 2wd for awhile now. I have a t case but i cant find any 4x4 zf's. My question is, is there any kind of adapter i can get to convert my 2 wheel tranny to bolt up to my case. I know i need a differnt tail shaft and thats my other question, is the shaft one piece all the way through the trans or is the tail seperate from the main shaft? Any help would be awesome.

It might ne cheaper/easier to do a divorced tcase cuz u would have to tear the whole trans down to replace the tail shaft and that wont be cheap unless u can find a used output shaft
