Sorry I didnt explain what I meant above. The issue was on our 2010 Summits. We had 3 2010 summits that had the same issue with choking out the engine in deep pow. We fixed all 3 of our summits with the SLP powder valves. We had a 2011, 2 (2012), and 1 2013 RMKs and have never had an issue with deep snow or wet snow choking out the engine on the RMKs. Only issue with the 13 RMK is we took out the driveshaft within the first 6 miles....Polaris recalled all of the driveshafts and havent had an issue since. Only issue we had with the 13 is that we did some MAJOR damage to the carbon fiber structure with a light hit and yanking hard on the sled in deep snow. $1600 worth of damage

Gotcha, did the Summit's have the prefilter sock? I am running JC's Customs Vent kit on my Renegade, plan to install same on my Summit with their airbox intake & cowl intake screen kit. I have until first week of April before next West trip.
