I want 4, 10s but I already have 3, 12s I have 2 in a vented box now and I'm not happy with the sound at certain frequencies. And I like the loud boom boom when I'm watching movies.
And yes it is a truck box,
Tell me more about poly fill.

(Tell me more about poly fill.) get poly fill at the craft store, put a gererous, but not packed, amount in a sealed box. This essentionally tricks the speaker into "seeing" a larger box volume. as stated, not good for ported boxes. Ive had 10" and 12" both in my truck and have decided that for rock music 10" subs respond far quicker to rapid bass fire, this resluts in less mud and vibratory overlap. My current setup uses a single jl audio w10 with an Alpine mono amp only pushing around 400 watts. I have excellent sound quality at all listening levels. It will rattle your eyeballs as well.

Do not go to a craft store for stuffing, they'll sell you basic pillow stuffing/ blanket/etc.
That is not fire retardant, subs get HOT, and will light stuffing.

Do some research, you'll figure it out. And as everyone else said Sealed box per sub.
Use 1lb of fire retardant poly fill for each square foot you need to "add". Don't overstuff the box, leave room for sub cooling/ air to move.
